Get A Fishing License In Wyoming

fishing license cost starting at:

License Type Resident Prices Non-Resident Prices

5-Day N/A $56.00
Annual $27.00 $102.00

Wyoming once had to count their cattle in order to become a state, but today they are a thriving part of the union and one of the better places for anglers who like to fish secluded areas where they can really connect with nature.

Anglers are required to have a license from age 14 on, but since Wyoming maintains some of the cheapest license costs in the union, this shouldn’t be a challenge for most anglers.

There are no special privilege stamps required for most fishing types in the state. Trout and other sometimes protected and tracked species are not a concern in Wyoming.

Live bait fishing is allowed in the state, and there are plenty of providers.

There are also many hunting opportunities, making this the perfect state to schedule a combination hunting and fishing trip for affordable prices, while still escaping the many crowds.
